JD Finley, MT

JD Finley serves as Chief Executive Officer of Palisade Bio. He is an accomplished biotechnology executive and capital markets leader with extensive experience building and financing growth-stage companies. Throughout his career, Mr. Finley has played a key role in raising more than $1 billion in public and private capital as both a public company executive and investment banker.

Prior to serving as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Finley was Chief Financial Officer of Palisade Bio, where he helped lead the company’s financial strategy and public market growth. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Financial Officer of PointAcross, Inc., and co-founded Proteus Capital Partners, a firm focused on debt and equity financings. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Phillips Capital, MetroGolf, and Mitchell Finley & Company. Mr. Finley began his business career with Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte LLP).

Mr. Finley holds a B.B.A. from Boise State University and an M.S. in Taxation from the University of Denver.
